Hey there! I’m Ellen Nichols — I’ve been in marketing for over 18 years (yep, before Reels were a thing 😅). A few years ago, I became a licensed agent myself… and before I knew it, other agents were constantly asking, “Can you help me with my social media?”

It started with coffee shop meetups, brainstorming sessions, and creating content for local agents who just wanted to show up online without the overwhelm. That’s when I realized – I have a HUGE passion to help agents grow their business and thrive on social.

I created The Simple Agent because I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle showings, contracts, and trying to figure out what to post on Instagram. I wanted to make marketing simple — and give real estate agents the tools, templates, and ready-to-go content they need to stay consistent and attract leads in a simple yet effective way.

Now, I get to help agents all over the world build standout brands, grow their businesses, and focus on what they love doing best – selling real estate.
